Precautions to be taken to safeguard from Corona
         The first precaution to be taken is you must not be panic or frightened, our body generated lot of antibodies and if you are panic with fear and become nervous, our body fails to generate antibodies and ultimately leads to failure of  the combating mechanism of our human body.
        Keep drinking warm water  at least once in two hours  rather than cold water or normal water . For certain period of time , its highly recommended to stay away from cool drinks, ice creams and other freezer foods. Whether its breakfast or lunch , always prefer to have in hot condition right after cooking if possible.
                 Nearly 35 % of the infected cases are claiming that infections are due to lack of D vitamin. Stay in sunlight  for at least one hour a day. Also take foods that are rich with D vitamin such as Solomon fish,tuna , mackerel , mushrooms and egg yolks.  
    




           Gargle  once a day with warm water mixed with salt  and turmeric , this will stop  the bacteria to some extent and may prevent our lungs from the entry of corona virus. Don’t visit highly populated areas for certain period of time and if at you have to , visit with 100 % safety devices such as mask, shield and gloves. Keep washing your hands with sanitizers and soap , the amount you come from outside , change your clothes and wither wash them or keep them in the sunlight for four hours at least.
